we'd like to inform you that our annual Support Survey was sent to you today.
Why should you take part in the survey?
Your feedback is very valuable to us and we're continuously improving our services based on it.
The survey will take less than 5 minutes.
How can you take part?
We selected our participants based on the usage of our support portal in 2015. All of those users should have received a mail about the survey.
Of course we took into consideration, if you want us to keep you updated. If "keep me updated" is not selected, no mail was sent to you.

You did not receive a survey mail?
If you did not receive a mail about our survey it is most likely caused by one of the following options:
Either one of our terms in "How can you take part" is not true for your user, or the mail was blocked by your mail server.
If you did not receive an e-mail and you want to participate in the survey you can send us a request via firstname.lastname@example.org.
