Creating a Support Info
In order to analyze your issues as fast as possible, our Support Team might ask you for a Support Info.
This textfile contains mainly information about your Tosca installation and the settings in your currently opened Workspace.
Always ensure that you create a Support Info in an opened Workspace.
In Tosca Testsuite Versions <8.4:
A Support Info can be created quite easily by using "? > Support Info" from the Tosca Commander menu
This process will create a SupportInfo.txt file. Please keep in mind that it may take some time.
In Tosca Testsuite Versions >=8.4:
The ToscaSupportInfo.txt file can be created via the Tosca Commander menu "Project"->"About Tosca"
The Support Info gives us an insight of your environment and helps us to adapt our system for replicating your issue.
