Situation

A Video is not playing while taking the training courses in our Learning Management System.

Solution

1. If you experience problems while viewing the video, ensure that Flash is downloaded and updated on your Browser. 

2. Browser versions supported by our LMS:

  • Internet explorer (IE) 8 and greater, including IE 11- Note: With the February 2017 release, IE 8 will no longer be supported
  • Firefox 4 and greater
  • Safari 8 and greater
  • Opera 27 and greater
  • Google Chrome
  • Microsoft Edge
  • Browser must be installed in vendor supported environments

Even I am facing the same issue. Video window cannot be maximized. Also, steps shown in Video are not clear.

I tried through all the browser and IE Browser seems to do the trick.

I guess IE browser either uses some different player, or something which is provided by the site is not supported by Chrome or Firefox.

Please try and check if IE11 solves the above issues for you.

 

Note : I am not from Tricentis so its not some resolution provided by them, just providing the fix which worked for me :)

Hi Everyone,

Please try to play those videos in Microsoft Edge browser it will play properly with full screen.

I was facing the same issue so I have tried it in Edge browser & it's working like a charm! I'm able to make it full screen too.
