Mobile Device Registration Guide

 

The Academy Learning Management System (LMS) allows the users to access and complete their online courses. In this article you will find the relevant information of how to know know your log-in information to access the mobile application. You can register your divice from the Mobile Device tab in 'My account' in our LMS or by simply clicking on 'Mobile App' button displayed on the LMS welcome page.

Additionally, you can check the supported devices as  listed below and refer to the attached guide for completing the mobile registration process.


Situation

Connerstone Mobile app allows users to access, take and complete Tricentis Academy online trainings anywhere.

Solution

With the succesfull completion of the mobile device registration process, the training courses are fully available to view, launch, and complete through the mobile application. The curriculum/course structure on mobile will follow the same flow and structure as on the desktop version, and every training material inside the curriculum that is mobile enabled can be launched from the mobile application.

What devices are supported?

  • iPhone, iPad, and iPod Touch devices running iOS 9+. Support for iOS 8 was removed.
  • Android™ v5.0+ (Lollipop+) phones and tablets. Support for v4.4 (KitKat) was removed.
  • In general, our Learning Management System (Cornerstone) supports the two most recent versions of iOS and the three most recent versions of Android.

Unable to see register link on App. it just provide Log in and log in SSO options.
