how to identify dynamically changing dropdown values

Hi,

We are trying to automate a dropdown question & choose the appropriate answer based on the question.

The Problem is that when scanning the questions,Tosca identifies the list of questions but during the run, the application presents a different drodown set of questions & whatever answer that is used for the test run becomes obsolete.

Is there a way where we can have the questions buffered on the run & populating the answer according to the questions?

Thanks,

Vaidyanathan

Hi Vaidyanathan,

Is there only 3 questions repeated and appearing in different order every time you open? Or there are multiple questions, among them only 3 out of them are appearing randomly on the screen?

For me by seeing the screenshot ‘Tosca query’ it looks like you have the ability to select the questions. Is that true? If this is true, then the solution is simple and you already may know that.

Thanks,

Pugal
