Unable to receive license from license server after working with checked-out license
This article describes how to solve an issue with the trusted storage after having worked with a checked-out license.
After working with a checked-out license for some time I have reconnected to the license server. I am able to see available ToscaCommander licenses in the "Manage" tab but all options are greyed-out and I can't work with Tosca Commander.
This behaviour is most likely caused by a corrupted trusted storage (this is where license information is stored on the client). To resolve it, you need to delete the client's trusted storage.
- Close Tosca.
- Delete all files in the following folder: %USERNAME%\AppData\Roaming\TRICENTIS\TOSCA TestSuite\7.0.0\License
- Start Tosca
