Cloud Licenses

Hi,

Is there any way that I can see which of our users are currently accessing our cloud licenses?

Thanks

Hi Lindsey,

unfortunately it is not possible to see who is accessing your cloud licenses.
As of now you can only check which and how many licenses are being used.
To check the usage open the Support Portal and navigate to My Assets->License Overview.
There you select the Entitlement you are interested in and click on Dashboard to see the usage.

It would be very useful if we could see which users are using which licenses at a given point in time. The current tool appears to show only min, average or max usage for a given day. This does not help us when we reach our maximum concurrent usage and we need to see who to contact to free up any un-needed licenses. Are there improvements to the license admin tools planned in the product roadmap?
