Reasons : Tosca commander unable to load XL Engine Classes from ObjectMappings.dat .

Possibilities

- Incorrect mapping of ObjectMappings.dat in Tosca Commander -> Setting ->Engine-> Class Mapping Path.

- Missing XL Engine entry from ObjectMappings.dat.

Solution

1. Go to %TRICENTIS_HOME%\dll\Dat location and confirm you have below mentioned settings in ObjectMappings.dat

--------------------------- XL Engine ---------------------------------------------------------------------------
[Excel]
handlerClassName=XLEngine.clsXLKWDHandler
RangeParameterValidationClass=XLEngine.clsRangeParamValidation

[ExcelTable]
paRepresentationClassName=XLEngine.clsXLTable
omTranslationName=Table

; Legacy entries

[XL]
handlerClassName=XLEngine.clsXLKWDHandler
RangeParameterValidationClass=XLEngine.clsLegacyRangeParamValidation

[XLTable]
paRepresentationClassName=XLEngine.clsLegacyXLTable
omTranslationName=Table

2. Go to Tosca Commander -> Setting ->Engine-> Class Mapping Path and confirm that value column is referring to %TRICENTIS_HOME%\dll\Dat  ObjectMappings.dat file.

3. Restart Tosca after following above steps and check if SupportInfo file contains XL Engine classes mentioned in step 1.
