How to search and assign a value for Initially created XTestStepValue in a multi user environment

I have lot of API Test cases that have elements which were originally optional hence left as "Initially created XTestStepValue"

Now they have become mandatory and i need to assign a value for them.

How do I find that XTestStepValue so i can assign a value. I have been looking TQL Search and Simple Search.

I could easily find the generated XTestStepValue where Name=="ABX". but enable to find the Initially created XTestStepValue where Name=="ABX"

Please give me an example....
