FAQs

What does this mean?

Tricentis is deprecating Tricentis Analytics (refer to the dates above for more details), which means that these versions of the product can still be used but we will no longer be supporting or updating the product as we are taking a step toward removing it. You may continue to use the product as long as you plan to migrate to the replacement functionality by the End of Life date mentioned above.

Why is Tricentis deprecating these Tricentis Analytics versions and what can I use instead?

As a Tricentis customer, your subscription pays for continuous improvement of our products. After investigation, market research, and collecting customer feedback, we have decided to deprecate Tricentis Analytics versions 1.5.1 and earlier. Innovation brings change and most importantly an improved alternative to the deprecated functionality.

What will happen if I try to use the product after the End of Life date?

Upon the End of Life date, Tricentis Analytics versions 1.5.1 and earlier will no longer be supported products. Continued use of the products will likely result in errors, such as a loss of license access.
